Melissa is genuinely the kindest, most thoughtful coordinator we could have asked for! My wife and I were planning a destination wedding in San Diego from New York, and there was a lot of planning left to do and a lot of uncertainty. Melissa put us at ease, helping us with every step of the planning process, going above and beyond what is normally expected from a wedding coordinator to make sure everything was taken care of.

On the wedding day, Melissa helped to make sure everything was running smoothly and was on top of every detail. She even made a clutch executive decision to prevent a vendor from setting up orange LED lights when we weren't immediately available. We weren't told about the LED lights beforehand and Melissa knew it didn't fit the vision we had for our wedding. Hip Hip Hooray was instrumental in making our wedding day happen. Melissa went above and beyond as our coordinator in taking time to meet with us beforehand and help us organize the details of our wedding. The wedding was super DIY; we even planned for our food to be cooked by friends for 200+ people and had complicated table decor. On top of this, we forgot to plan the wedding party table decor but she threw together a beautiful design with the extra decorations we had.

Even with a million things to set up, Melissa didn't need to ask us a single question on the day of - we weren't concerned about anything! All of the transitions went incredibly smoothly and we had a completely stress-free day. A lot of the guests came up to us just to mention how much fun the wedding was and they specifically told us what an awesome job our coordinator did to make it all come together.
